Dieser ist in der Kabellänge auf 5m beschränkt. DMX Kabel kann man auch nicht beliebig erweitern. Ich hab mir daher Gedanken gemacht wie man das ganze kostengünstig &quot;verlängern&quot; kann ohne gleich einen PC irgendwo platzieren zu müssen. Meine Lösung stelle ich euch nun hier vor.<br /> <br /> == USB Server als &quot;Gateway&quot; nutzen ==<br /> <br /> === Beschreibung ===<br /> <br /> Das DMX Interface braucht normal den direkten USB Anschluss an den PC per USB. Was aber wenn ich dem Interface vortäusche es würde am PC hängen und die USB Daten einfach durchs LAN Tunneln? Dies war meine Grundüberlegung. Ich bin sehr schnell auf ein USB-Server Interface gestoßen und zwar den [http://www.logilink.eu/showproduct/UA0079.htm LogiLink - 4-Port USB 2.0 Hub - Netzwerk Server]. Dieser ist gleichzeitig ein USB-Hub und stellt 4 USB 2.0 Ports im LAN bereit. Eigentlich ist er als Druck-, File- oder Scannerserver gedacht - fuktioniert aber prinzipiell mit allen USB-Geräten. Zu kaufen gibt es diesen in diversen Online-Shops oder beim größten Online Auktionator für etwa 30 EUR.<br /> <br /> &lt;br&gt; <br /> <br /> [[Image:Logi1.jpg]]&lt;br&gt;<br /> <br /> === Installation ===<br /> <br /> Die Installation ist ganz einfach.
